Experience a modern twist on aerobics with a unique mix of cardio and toning tracks that incorporate plyometric pushes and body weight based strengthening. Consistency and simplicity are key to making this non-stop, action packed workout easy to follow. Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go high or you can go low but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

Bootcamp

One, two, three, four...join us in the gym for more! Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you like variety, this class is for you! Level: Boot Camp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge. Participants with all fitness levels are encouraged to join. 

 

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging work out that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participants doing  circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you do not like variety, this is not the class for you. Bootcamp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge. Boxing Bags are used in this class. We provide gloves or you can bring your own.  Wraps are recommended - they can be purchased at most sporting stores in Calgary. 

Deep Water Fitness

Deep Water Fitness is a low impact, joint-friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health. Participants will have fun taking part in new and exciting resistance exercises and underwater running drills with help from a floatation device. Level: This class is recommended for all athletic and fitness levels. Swimming ability is required. Location: Pool  

 

Get RIPPED! (Isolation, Endurance, Compound, Intensity, Buffet)

Enjoy different components from a variety of RIPPED! phases each time you attend! This class will keep you moving, sweating and always wondering what will come next! By keeping your body guessing, you’ll steer clear of workout plateaus and burn tons of calories! All fitness levels can participate in this class.

Group Power®

A Muscle and Movement Strength Workout


Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get you muscle strong and movement strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP®, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching. GET MUSCLE & MOVEMENT STRONG! All fitness levels. Location: Gym 1

Hot Yoga Flow

This hot flow yoga class will flow through strength, stability, and flexibility all while focusing on the breath to connect the mind and the body. The professional, certified yoga instructor will focus on alignment in this heated class to ensure safe movement from posture to posture.

Level: This yoga class is recommended for individuals with all fitness levels and abilities.

Maximum Step

This high intensity low impact workout is comprised of unique cardio super-sets. Just as you do super sets with weight training, cardio super-sets follow the same plateau-busting concept, but now it’s lower impact cardio. With slightly varied twists on familiar STEP choreography, participants will love this new feeling. Not into choreography? Not a problem! This class is about endurance and athleticism and has nothing to do with mambos & cha chas. Level: This class has something for everyone! Location: Gym 1.

We are excited to bring you our new world class TechnoSPIN Studio. It’s the first fully integrated studio in Western Canada with state of the art TechnoGym® equipment.
