Hot Yoga Flow
Vinyasa flow style yoga class, connecting the mind, body and breath. Prepare to build strength, stability, and flexibility in a dynamic way. Every class will be familiar but use different combinations of Sun Salutations, yoga poses and transitions between poses each time. Class may include props.
Hot Yoga Power (formerly Hot Yoga Bootcamp)
A creative and challenging yoga class to build strength, balance and flexibility. A strong, fast and active class including Vinyasa flows, arm balances and inversions. Each class will include a “mini workshop” to learn and practice intermediate poses. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
Hot Yoga Hips and Hamstrings
A fun and therapeutic class with a focus on the two tightest areas of the body, the hips and hamstrings. Participants will be guided into poses that build strength and flexibility. If you can’t touch your toes, this is the class for you. Each class will be familiar but different every time. Beginner friendly.
Hot Yoga Deep Stretch
Deep stretch is an active stretching class that allows you to increase flexibility and range of motion.
First Light Yoga
This class combines different styles of yoga into a fun, creative and therapeutic class early in the morning. Our bodies can be very tight in the morning and this class takes this into account. This class helps participants become stronger and more flexible over time with extra time spent on learning fundamental yoga poses and techniques. Each class is familiar but different each time. Beginner friendly.
Yoga Flow (formerly Yoga Blend)

Yoga Strength (formerly Yoga Core)
This class will help build strength, stability and endurance. Challenge your muscles and movements and by working your full body strength and holding poses up to 1 minute. This class is similar to yoga power but without the heat.
Yang Yin Yoga
A slow paced yoga that incorporates longer held poses with slow transitions.
Fusion (formerly Strength & Balance)
A blend of balance, strength and stability. This class incorporates principles of Pilates and yoga to blend into a class that allows for both strengthening and stretching.
Stretch & Strength
This 45 minutes class is perfect for “every body”. Using a mat or a chair, this class helps participants get stronger and more flexible to accomplish every day activities. This class is great for ALL AGES and activity levels.
Sculpt
Not your average strength class. This strength based class will challenge your muscles using basic equipment.
Group Power®
Group Power® is a one-hour, cutting-edge strength training workout designed to get your muscles and movements strong. It combines traditional strength training with full-body, innovative exercises using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, body weight, The STEP®, heart-pounding music, and expert coaching.
Deep Water
Deep Water Fitness is a low impact, joint-friendly workout routine that builds strength and cardiovascular health. Participants will have fun taking part in new and exciting resistance exercises and underwater running drills with help from a floatation device.
Zumba
Zumba is a form of fitness class in which you burn calories and increase your cardio by dancing to different kinds of lively tunes. Often Latin-American inspired music such as salsa, merengue and samba, but also other types of modern music like hip hop and Bollywood.
TechnoSPIN
Taking cycle classes to a new level. TechnoSpin classes use the latest spin technology to help you get the most out of your class. Spin at a level that is right for you all while listening to great music, getting great instruction and following your progress on our screen.
Maximum Step
We’re bringing back the step! This class is great for those who want to challenge their cardiovascular endurance. Follow along with your instructor on repetitive patterns that challenge your mind and body. New to step? We always have modified options that are easy to follow!
Row Box
This class will challenge your cardio with rowing and boxing combinations. No boxing experience needed! PLEASE NOTE: hand wraps are required for this class and can be purchased at Customer Service.
Get Ripped®
Enjoy different components from a variety of RIPPED! phases each time you attend! This class will keep you moving, sweating and always wondering what will come next! By keeping your body guessing, you’ll steer clear of workout plateaus and burn tons of calories.
Row Circuit
Hop on the rowers, build up your strength and challenge your cardio like never before. This combination class will be sure to give you a full body workout with both muscular and cardiovascular training.
Bootcamp
Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you like variety, this class is for you. Classes may include various types of cardio including boxing. PLEASE NOTE: Boxing Bootcamp (Tuesdays/Saturdays 9:30am) require hand wraps, they can be purchased at Customer Service.
