I’ve been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching yoga full time since 2014.

First Light Yoga and Hot Yoga Bootcamp.

I really enjoy sharing my passion for yoga with my students and seeing them improve and find their own love for the practice.


Fun fact about yourself:
I’m passionate about restoring my 1990 VW Westfalia campervan and long road and camping trips.
