At MNP Community & Sport Centre, the safety and well-being of our participants, athletes, coaches, and staff are of utmost importance.

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for everyone involved in our programs and services to demonstrate our dedication to safe sport, we have developed the following commitment statement:

  1. Participant Safety: We prioritize the safety of all participants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being are protected throughout their involvement in our programs. We strive to create an environment free from all forms of abuse, harassment, discrimination, and bullying.
  2. Screening and Training: We conduct thorough screening and background checks for all staff members and volunteers involved in our programs. We also require all our Sport Partner coaches that train in our facility to take safe sport training.
  3. Code of Conduct: We have implemented a comprehensive code of conduct that outlines the expected behaviours and standards of all individuals involved with our Sport Partners and Events. This code of conduct applies to Sport Partner athletes, coaches, staff Members volunteers, parents and spectators, emphasizing respect, fairness and integrity.

By adhering to these commitments, MNP Community & Sport Centre aims to create a safe and welcoming environment where participants can develop their skills, build positive relationships, and enjoy the benefits of sports while feeling protected and supported.
