Our TechnoSPIN studio is the first fully integrated studio in Western Canada with state of the art TechnoGym® equipment. Immerse yourself in the ride with a wall to wall screen and inspirational videos and music to move you to the finish line. We have tiered bike levels for a clear view and interaction with instructor as well as coloured lights and a dark ambiance to set the mood.

NOTE: Participants can wear regular runners or cycle cleats on the TechnoGYM cycle equipment.
