Enjoy different components from a variety of GetRIPPED!® phases each time you attend! This class will keep you moving, sweating and always wondering what will come next! By keeping your body guessing, you’ll steer clear of workout plateaus and burn tons of calories.

Bootcamp

Boot Camp is an exciting, challenging workout that targets strength, agility and coordination. Get into tip-top shape by participating in a new circuit, pyramid or physical challenge each week. If you like variety, this class is for you. 

Boxing Bootcamp

Boxing Bootcamp is an exciting, challenging work out that targets strength, agility and coordination. Combine all the fun of Bootcamp with boxing drills and shadow boxing using movements such as punching, kicking, elbows and more. Bootcamp is recommended for individuals with basic training knowledge. Heavy Bags are used in this class. We provide gloves or you can bring your own.
