Why I love being an instructor:
I love the energy of group fitness and making everyone feel welcome whether it’s their 1st time or 100th. Not sure you can spin? There’s only one way to find out. Come sweat with me!
Fun fact about yourself:
I really disliked physical activity growing up and was surprised to discover my inner athlete in my early 20s. The transformation started when I nervously joined a gym and followed a basic strength program, eventually finding the courage to jog on a treadmill for 10 min just before closing one night when no one was around. Eighteen months later I ran a marathon. I’ve completed six marathons and a dozen triathlons over the years, and love scrambling, paddling, climbing and camping in the backcountry. I’ve also backpacked on six continents and always travel with my running shoes. I’m grateful physical activity has become part of my life story – and now I can’t stop moving.
