Qualifications:
Instructor History & Experience:
Bhavna’s journey into Hatha yoga started in early 2006 from student to teacher certified through yoga for today’s teacher training program. She continues her journey and path to discovery immersing herself within the practices of yoga, while developing a greater appreciation for its theories and principles she has come full circle with what she sees as the first chapter of her yoga journey.
What do you teach at MNPCSC?:
A variety of Yoga classes
Why she loves being an instructor:
Always a student first she continues to grow and learn about herself while strengthening, stretching and challenging her body. She guides her classes with the intention of creating a safe space for her students to discover their true authentic minds, bodies and spirits. What she loves most about this practice is there is no “end” or perfect pose. The more she learnt and integrated these practices into her daily life the clearer it was she found a passion and purpose to share this practice with anyone who asks. Through intention, meditation, pranayama and asana her goal is to have her students leave each class feeling refreshed, energized and renewed.
Come Breathe with Bhavna.
