Why I love being an instructor:
My personal and professional sense of purpose is fulfilled by improving the mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing of my clients. Being in the position to add value in an individuals overall wellbeing motivates me to give back to the larger community in order to make a bigger positive impact.

Fun fact about yourself:
When I’m not passionately working on advancing my knowledge in a range of subject matters or engaging in physical activity, you can find me cruising the streets of Calgary on my motorcycle, soaking up the fresh air and exploring local coffee shops.
