Why I love being an instructor:
I love the energy that a group class provides. People work harder in groups and are more likely to continue in a group.
Fun fact about yourself:
I am an avid cyclist both on road, as well as indoors. I was drawn to Yoga after suffering an MCL injury to my knee. I quickly discovered that Yoga not only helped the healing process, it also had other benefits. One of the most surprising benefits was how Yoga maintained my Cardio level during my recovery, yes Cardio!
