I bring over 25 years of experience in movement science, kinesiology-based coaching, martial arts, and mind-body integration. My career began by supporting people of all ages through movement and recovery, experience that now shapes every personalized program I design today.
With a strong background in neuro-motor coordination, breathwork, and holistic rehabilitation, I focus on creating intelligent training plans that go beyond muscle: they improve posture, balance, brain performance, and long-term health.
Whether I’m working with seniors, office professionals, or athletes, I aim to empower each client with tools to feel stronger, move smarter, and live more fully.
