Training Club Hosted Hyrox Simulation Under the Tent

This world-class event is an indoor functional fitness race experience hosted by MNP Community & Sport Centre in partnership with COR.FIT and GAMEDAY Men’s Health. This simulation event brings together everyday athletes, weekend warriors, and fitness fanatics to test their strength, endurance, and grit in a fun, festival-style setting.

Whether you’re a seasoned HYROX competitor or brand new to the format, this is your chance to throw down with your friends, challenge yourself, and experience race-day energy unlike anything inside a normal gym.

FORMAT

Athletes will complete 8 x 1 km runs paired with 8 functional workout stations, all routed in and around our giant gym space and on our indoor 200m track.

Athletes will start on the track and complete the event in the following format:

RUN START: 1km – 5 laps around the track in counterclockwise direction
Station 1: SKI ERG -1km
RUN 1km
Station 2: COMBINED SLED PUSH/PULL
RUN 1km
Station 3: BURPEE BROAD JUMPS
RUN 1km
Station 4: ROW
RUN 1km
Station 5: FARMERS CARRY
RUN 1km
Station 6: SANDBAG LUNGE
RUN 1km
Station 7: WALL BALL

Course Adjustment:
As a result of combining the sled stations, the total running volume has been adjusted from 8 km to 7 km. The event schedule and flow have been designed accordingly to ensure a seamless and competitive HYROX SIMULATION experience.
