Instructor history and experience:

Matthew started his fitness studies in 2014 as a means to understand how to best achieve his personal fitness goal, to maintain a high quality of physical ability through life.   Determining how to mitigate the risk and maximize the reward of physical activity is the primary factor that determines how Matthew approaches achieving this goal. Matthew has been teaching fitness since 2014.

Fun fact about yourself:

I once learned how to perform to world’s fastest rap as an attempt to match the speed at which I can think, to the speed at which I can talk.  It didn’t work, but man, I can rap really fast now.

**TEMPORARY CLOSURE UPDATE:** The previously communicated facility closure dates of September 7-14 have been called off. We will now be open and fully operational during this period.
