Qualifications:
Instructor history and experience:
In 2003 I became certified as a personal trainer, fitness assessor, and indoor cycle instructor working in Ontario and Australia. In 2005 I added step and bootcamp to my skill set working in a corporate wellness setting in Ontario. In 2011 I was hired by MNPCSC (then Talisman Centre) as an indoor cycle instructor. Then in 2017 and 2018 I achieved my kickboxing Levels 1 & 2, and most recently Boxing Level 1 in 2021.
What do you teach at MNPCSC?:
I fell in love with MNPCSC as a member when I moved to Calgary in 2010 and was excited to join the MNPCSC family teaching Spin a year later.
Why I love being an instructor:
I love being social with new people and empowering participants to be the best versions of themselves.
Fun fact about yourself:
I have travelled to more than 30 countries before turning 30.

CUSTOMER ALERT: As of August 6, our South Entrance will be closed for about 2.5 years and construction fencing will be placed around approximately 75% of the facility. Therefore during the course of construction, all patrons will enter and exit the Centre through the North Entrance.
IMPORTANT: In order to complete critical infrastructure work required for expansion, MNP Community & Sport Centre, Jugo Juice and Good Earth will temporarily close starting August 29 for approximately 14 days.
