Workshop overview:
A practical, empowering workshop for women in perimenopause and post-menopause. Learn what’s happening in your body, why belly fat and low energy are common, and how hormones, stress, and nutrition affect metabolism during this stage of life. 

We’ll cover 10 key cornerstones for supporting hormone health, muscle, energy, and metabolism—without dieting or restriction. This evidence-based session focuses on realistic strategies you can actually use to feel stronger, more energized, and back in control. 

Includes menopause-specific worksheets and simple recipes to support everyday action. 

Ideal for women seeking clarity, confidence, and a smarter approach to nutrition and health in midlife and beyond – but open to anyone!

Each registrant will receive 3 recipe books: 

  • Athlete Meals in 30 Minutes or Less (40 recipes)  
  • Athlete Smoothie Guide (20 recipes)  
  • Easy High Protein Snacks for Athletes (30 recipes)
