The KSC PJ Meet is a Fundamentals Circuit meet which is part of a series of early development competitions based on the Fundamentals stage outlined in Swimming Canada’s Appropriate Athlete Development. The purpose is for swimmers to establish times, experience their first races and enjoy this early level of swimming competition in a safe and fun environment.
