Manual Stretch Therapy

Move better. Feel lighter. Perform stronger.

Discover the difference of Manual Stretching Therapy—a one-on-one, table-based stretching experience, guided by our certified specialists. This Manual Stretch Service goes beyond basic static holds with gentle, strategic mobilizations that target your fascia, joint capsules, and the nervous system to unlock real, usable range of motion. The result? You get up feeling taller, looser, and ready to move the way your body was built to move.

Built around you
Every session is personalized. Whether you’re chasing performance gains, getting out of desk-driven tightness, or just want to feel amazing day-to-day, our Manual Stretching Program meets you where you are at and progresses at your own pace.

Why it works
  • Assisted, full-chain mobility: We guide your body through safe, supported ranges of motion to create space in the hips, spine, and shoulders.
  • Fascia-focused techniques: Address the connective tissue that links muscles and joints for more complete, longer-lasting results.
  • Nervous system reset: Relaxed positioning and breathwork help your body “allow” new range without forcing it.
What you’ll feel
  • Immediate ease through common tight zones (hips, hamstrings, glutes, back, neck, shoulders)
  • Smoother movement quality, improved posture, and reduced stiffness
  • Better readiness for training—and smarter recovery after hard efforts
Ideal for
  • Active people who want mobility that transfers to sport and life
  • Desk workers and parents with “everyday tight” hips, back, and shoulders
  • Athletes prepping for a training block, de-load, or race week recovery
  • Anyone who wants to move comfortably and confidently
What to expect in a session
  1. Quick mobility consult to pinpoint your goals and priority areas
  2. Guided, table-based stretching using assisted movements and gentle joint mobilizations
  3. Breath-led techniques to help your nervous system release tension
  4. Simple take-home moves so you keep the gains between visits
