Fitness History and Experience

From a young age, physical activity has been at the heart of my life. From being in team sports since I was child to lifting weights since I was in my early adolescence, I’ve always been involved in physical activity. I have over a decade of training experience and several powerlifting competitions under my belt. I bring both lived experience and technical expertise to every client.

After completing both my Exercise Science and General Studies diplomas, I began personal training and group fitness coaching, which I’ve been doing for over three years. I’m currently studying psychology, which gives me a deep understanding of behavior, motivation, and the proper steps to facilitating lasting change. I believe fitness is more than a workout, it’s a transformative, identity-shaping journey. Helping my clients build sustainable habits and fall in love with movement is the most fulfilling part of my work and true transformation happens when fitness transcends from mere activity to an expression of oneself. My mission is to guide my clients in forging a seamless integration where every rep, disciplined choice, and milestone isn’t just a goal met, but a reflection of who they are becoming.

Trainer Philosophy

I believe that true change emanates from the union of mind and body. Each session is an opportunity to dismantle barriers, reshape habits, and construct a lifestyle where movement becomes instinctive and purposeful. In my view, fitness is a lifelong journey, not a transient endeavor. It is about cultivating habits that persist, fostering a mindset that thrives, and embracing a lifestyle that celebrates the synergy between physical prowess and mental fortitude.

Something Interesting About Yourself

In my free time, I like to stay active through many activities like working out, cycling, walking my dog, and playing sports, indoors or outdoors. Staying active is not just a hobby for me, it helps me recharge and stay focused in all areas of life.
