Your preschooler will learn through hands-on activities in all areas of our spacious facility – gym, pool, park and classroom
For ages 2-5 years
Elevate your child’s early learning experience with our team of dedicated Active Living Instructors. In our spacious facility, your children engage in hands-on learning across our gyms, pool, park, ninja chamber, and classroom. Our experienced team focuses on fundamental movement skills, nurturing young minds with a passion for active living. The Active Living Program ensures physical activity is blended with cognitive and social development.
Choose the day(s) you would like your child to attend. Register for one day or as many as five – it’s up to you and based on your needs. Instructors all have SFA/CPR C, Police Check with Vulnerable Sector and are High Five trained. As a best practice we encourage all staff to obtain their child Development Assistant. All Instructors have a good understanding on the importance of sport and physical literacy in the development of children.

Run, Jump, Play
MONDAYS: January 6 – March 24 8:45am-11:45am
Get ready for an adventure-packed morning that kids will absolutely love! Our program is all about exciting games that focus on enhancing their motor skills. From conquering the Ninja Chamber to mastering the Railyard System, children will safely explore diverse equipment, boosting their physical abilities and coordination. It’s a perfect combination of active play and mindfulness, guaranteeing your child’s overall development. Craft n' Splash
TUESDAYS: January 7 – March 25 8:45am – 11:45am
Discover a world of creativity and learning with our weekly craft sessions! Each week, we unveil an exciting new project that not only ignites your child’s imagination but also hones their fine motor skills. Through these crafts, children explore numbers, colors, and shapes, using a variety of engaging materials. But the fun doesn’t stop there – following our craft sessions, children will play in our teach pool, where they take their first steps toward water confidence. Our program is a perfect blend of hands-on learning and aquatic adventures, ensuring a holistic and joyful experience for your child’s growth. Join us and let the fun begin!
Games n' Splash
WEDNESDAYS: January 8 – March 26 8:45am-11:45am
Unlock a world of sports and aquatic adventure for your child! Our program harnesses the full potential of our gym and top-notch equipment to introduce kids to a variety of thrilling activities, from sports to ball games and beyond. Afterward, it’s off to the teach pool for some fun and games. We seamlessly blend games with water-based fun, providing your child with a holistic and enjoyable journey. Join us for a day of sports, water play, and unforgettable memories your child will cherish!
Active Adventures

Get ready for a thrilling adventure where children will master the basics of movement. Running, hopping, jumping, and finding their balance are all part of the fun. We make learning enjoyable with a mix of games and personalized skill-building activities. Join us for an action-packed journey where your child not only has a blast but also hones essential physical skills along the way. Variety Day
FRIDAYS: January 10 – March 28 8:45am-11:45am
Welcome to the ultimate blend of sports, swimming, and creativity! Our program is a dynamic fusion of all these exciting elements. We actively seek the participants input and strive to weave their ideas into the program, ensuring a personalized experience. Rooted in the LTAD (Long-Term Athlete Development) model, we focus on fostering your child’s holistic development, both physically and mentally. We sprinkle in fun and engaging games to ignite their passion for sports. Join us for a program that’s all about individuality, growth, and, above all, enjoyment!
AHS Guidelines:
If a child becomes sick while in care, the child must be isolated and parents will be called to pick up the child immediately
Registered Program Refund Policy
- A program cancellation made in writing 7 or more business days* before the start date of the program will be granted a full refund minus a $20 or 20% of program cost (whichever is more) administrative fee.
- A program cancellation made less than 7 business days before the start date of the program is not eligible for a refund.
- If a program is cancelled due to low enrolment registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a full refund.
- If an individual class is cancelled MNPCSC will first attempt to schedule a make-up class, otherwise registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a refund for the individual class.
- In the case of missed classes, no refunds or credits will be given.
- Exceptions where a full/ partial refund may be given regardless of the registered program cancelation policy can include Injury or illness preventing participation in the program- a date stamped doctors note MUST be provided. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Department Manager.
*Business days refers to Monday – Friday excluding statutory holidays.
