Instructor history and experience:
I began teaching yoga a year ago after my teacher training at the Calgary Women’s Center. I teach Yoga Santosha, and private pop-up classes. The practice of yoga complements and supports my legal practice, allowing me to reconnect with my breath and release stress.

Yin Yang Flow Yoga
Why I love being an instructor:
I enjoy sharing the practice of yoga as an avenue to create community, space for release and the building of compassion and kindness for the self and others.
Fun fact about yourself:
I love rap music, Dr. Dre especially. One day I aspire to design a (t)hug yoga sequence incorporating all of his music.
