I teach a variety of Yoga classes; Hot Yoga Power and Yoga Yang Yin
Why I love being an instructor:
I love sharing my yoga practice with a group of yogis. I enjoy sharing my passion for yoga. It is always a pleasure, a privilege and an honour to lead a yoga practice!
Fun fact about yourself:
I have been practicing yoga for half my life – 27 years now!
