Fitness History and Experience
I have played competitive sports most of my life – tennis, football, basketball and just about anything with a ball. I realized early on that training hard and eating the right types of food made a big difference, and with this experience it was easy for me to choose sports nutrition and personal training as my profession.
Something Interesting About Yourself
I played tennis competitively at a high level in the US. Fun fact: my serve is about 120 mph and I played many matches in 40+ degree heat.
Trainer Philosophy
Seeing clients reach their goals makes me giddy. My style of training focuses on functionality and performance to help clients have a lifestyle they enjoy.
Monday, Sept. 15 until Friday, Sept. 19, our yoga classes will be relocated.

Access to the main entrance will be reduced, but remain open. The work will be completed late September.
