By filling out this form you are agreeing to have the Fitness and Training Manager select a trainer, time and group (if applicable) for you. This form serves as a request only, we will do our best to meet your request, but certain trainers and time slots may not be available. Payments must be made before December 24th to be eligible for Early Bird Pricing, please note that a request must be in by Dec 20th in order to qualify for Early Bird Pricing.

General Conditions

The Forever Strong Challenge is not transferrable under any circumstances. To ensure a hassle-free entry please scan Membership Card or APP barcode (applicable to MNP Community & Sport Centre Members) when accessing the facility. If a Membership Card is lost or stolen, the Member will be charged a $5 replacement fee. All participants are required to complete the Get Active Questionnaire upon sign-up. A doctor’s clearance is required for any serious underlying conditions. When signing up for the program you are agreeing to fill the amount of people in your time slot that you have paid for. If there is a program cancellation in your group, all group members will be disposed to an increase in price to reflect the new group size. This must be cleared up prior to the first session.


Cancellation Policy

A cancellation made in writing 5 or more business days before the program start date (January 22, 2024) will be granted a full refund minus a 20% administration fee. A cancellation made less than 5 business days before the program start date (January 22, 2024) is not eligible for a refund. If the program is cancelled by MNP Community & Sport Centre due to low enrolment, registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a full refund. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or not attending a session booked with a Trainer will result in that session being counted towards your total of 24 sessions and will not be rescheduled. Exceptions where a full/ partial refund may be given regardless of the registered program cancelation policy can include; Injury or illness preventing participation in the program - a date stamped doctors note MUST be provided. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis by the Fitness & Training Manager.


Payment Conditions

Once contacted by the Fitness and Training Manager regarding the finalization of the program, you will have 3 days to pay the program balance on your account by credit card on the Online Portal, by credit card over the phone through the Fitness & Training Manager or payment at the Customer Service Desk. If payment is not receive within 3 days of registration, the time slot will be forfeited and given to another participant.

NEW Member Hours*  – Tuesdays & Wednesdays from 5pm to 8pm, Members will have exclusive access to the Facility.
Drop-in admission may continue to be purchased anytime outside of Member Hours.
