Please note from Monday Sept. 15 until Friday Sept. 19, our yoga classes will be relocated.

The following classes will be cancelled:

Wednesday, Sept 17 – & Hot Yoga Power 5:30pm
Wednesday, Sept 17 – TechnoSPIN 6am
North Entrance Paving Work for Improved Safety
Access to the main entrance will be reduced, but remain open. The work will be completed late September.
