Our community of Members, athletes, and guests show tremendous strength in their pursuit of a lifelong commitment to being active. MNP Community & Sport Centre is a non-profit organization, a registered entity dedicated to serving the public good and betterment of the community, operating without the primary goal of generating profit.
MNP Community & Sport Centre operates under a dual mandate as directed by The City of Calgary to support both Members and Sport Partner Athletes. We are in constant pursuit to successfully balance our dual mandate and are proud to offer our facility and services to these diverse groups. We appreciate and thank all our Members and customers for helping us achieve this.
CITY WATER RESTRICTION UPDATE: Today, the City announced that all recreation pools are required to remain closed, until further notice. In addition, the steam room and all showers will remain closed at this time.
The City states that they expect to begin relaxing water restrictions on July 5. Thank you for your patience.
Fitness Centre towels: Due to our reduced laundry frequency, we will have fewer towels for cleaning equipment in circulation.
Olympic Athletes: You will notice 6 athletes in our pools. They have been granted special permission to train as they prepare for the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris next month. We invite you to join us in cheering them on!
