Why I love being an instructor:
I believe that movement is medicine! Health, and wellness is about so much more than how we look. It is about how we treat ourselves, and our ability to maintain function in our body to be able to do the things that bring us joy for a lifetime. Yoga offers a unique opportunity to maintain physical wellness and tune into many other aspects of our wellbeing in the present moment. Having the ability to guide people in an approachable manner is what I like about being an instructor.
Fun fact about yourself:
I am an avid XC Mountain biker and am also a PMBI Mountain Bike instructor.
