Why I love being an instructor:
I am passionate about connecting people to purposeful movement. I was blessed to be part of 2 amazing fitness communities over the course of 13 years that encouraged me to push myself, try new modalities and take me out of my comfort zone. You can overcome any fear by taking the first step in showing up. Being able to actively share and transmit knowledge to others who have not found their jam yet is a gift to pay forward.

I truly found myself in front of others and in doing so am grateful to be able to help others on their own fitness journey while continuing to better myself in the process. Having guests tell you at the end of a class THANK YOU I needed that, hot playlist or a really tough class makes it worthwhile and you’ve earned their trust to come back for more.

CREDO- “if you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping with a mosquito.”

Fun fact about yourself:
5 year volunteer at AARCS as a dog caregiver, foster turned foster fail mom to a knucklehead pittie and working towards a 200 hour program through YogaFit/Yoga Alliance. When I’m not at the gym or the shelter, you’ll find me on my Harley.
