First Wednesday of the month 10am-12pm
Every other Wednesday 11am-12pm

 

Please note: 9:30 am Hot Yoga Flow on Tuesday, May 12 is cancelled.

Please note: There are no aquatic programs or swim lessons from May 12th to 18th.
