Are you juggling work, family and endless to-dos but feel like there’s no time left for you? I’m Ashley Belanger, a certified personal trainer, body-building specialist, nutritionist, HYROX Foundations certified coach, CrossFit Nutrition certified coach and strength and conditioning expert. My mission is to help busy people carve out space in their lives to feel strong, energized and confident-inside and out.
My drive comes from more than certifications; it’s rooted in my own comeback story. As an elite soccer player, training and conditioning defined who I was. for many years. Then marriage and motherhood shifted my focus, and I lost sight of that version of myself. During the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to rebuild both mentally and physically-and discovered my true calling in guiding others through transformation.
I’m a mom with two energetic kids and I know the ripple effect of choosing ourselves.
