Why I love being an instructor:
I believe that it’s important to invest in our health today and for our future selves. Incorporating a good variety of strength, aerobic/cardio, flexibility and balance training. Being a group fitness instructor and a fitness class goer, I have also loved seeing people have a good time working out together in the same room. Many have incredible stories and positive changes. Whether it’s day 1 or return from injury, it’s been an honour to see the progression and be a part their journey.
Fun fact about yourself:
I’ve always loved being active. Growing up, I was pretty involved with team school sports. As an adult, I immersed myself in dance classes and because of it I have a better understanding of movement. I also love checking out local good eats or coffee shops around town.
