Trainer Philosophy
The first step is your free assessment where by using a comprehensive movement screen we will flag any weaknesses/imbalances. From that point I will make a program personally catered to your goals/assessment results and we will gradually increase the overall difficulty of the program at the speed of your improvement with the end results being a total transformation of your fitness/health.

Trainer Fun Facts
I am a huge fan of the cold tub and playing basketball. You will see me doing both frequently at MNPCSC!
