Kickboxing is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand up striking with various clinching techniques, punches, kicks, knees and elbow strikes. It’s designed to carve the most sculpted physique, clear the mind of stress, shed pounds while gaining serious martial art skills.
K1-kickboxing Beginner
16+ years // Unlock your potential through this K1-Kickboxing program where every champion starts as a beginner.
This dynamic dutch style kickboxing program uses stand up striking drills with various boxing, kicks elbows and knees that not only build physical strength but also fosters discipline, confidence resilience and self defense.
Join us to kick start your journey towards your personal growth and self- improvement. Students will have an opportunity to test for their belts; a structured belt ranking system designed to recognize and reward progression of athletes/fighters. This system includes coloured belts that represent different skill levels from white belt to black belt.

K1-kickboxing Intermediate
16+ years // K1- Kickboxing is a dutch style kickboxing program that uses stand up strikes with various boxing, kicks elbow and knees designed to carve the most sculpted physique, clear the mind of stress, shed pounds while gaining serious martial arts skills.
Whether your goal is to protect yourself or get ripped in record time, K1- Kickboxing Intermediate offers the formula to get you results.
In this program we also incorporate high intensity weight training drills on great music you keep you motivated and have fun.
Students will have an opportunity to test for their belts; a structured belt ranking system designed to recognize and reward progression of athletes/fighters is in place. This system includes coloured belts that represent different skill levels from white belt to black belt.

K1-kickboxing Advanced - Sparring
16+ years // Elevate your skill with Advanced K1 – Kickboxing program. This class is designed for serious practitioners looking to refine their technique, gain a competitive edge. It incorporates both Light sparring with NO head contact and Full contact for those taking an extra step.
This program will deepen your understanding of strategy, timing and precision striking. With tailored drills and expert guidance, you will develop the skills needed to excel whether your aim is competition or personal growth.

NEW K1-kickboxing Teen
12-17 years // K1- Kickboxing is a dynamic dutch style kickboxing program that uses stand up striking drills with various boxing, kicks elbows and knees; it’s a powerful tool for building physical strength, foster discipline, self defense and enhancing fitness in teens while learning serious martial arts skills.
The combination oof mental and physical challenges faced in K1 – kickboxing class empowers teens to believe in themselves, fostering a healthier more confident lifestyle that extends beyond the gym.
The supportive environment of a kickboxing class promotes camaraderie allowing teens to push each other in a safe environment with our expert instructors.

Fitness History and Experience
Philip has over 26 years of fitness experience in personal training, martial arts instruction, and group conditioning programs. He has always been passionate about fitness, even building his own weight training machines and opening a gym in his native Uganda fresh out of college. He has worked in Canada for the past 20 years where he runs martial arts programs and is the creator of BodyReno Group Conditioning Program.
Fitness has always been a key focus for Philip, he is a former top-level athlete and was on both the Ugandan National Kickboxing and Tae Kwon Do teams, competing in many international events.
Registered Program Refund Policy
- A program cancellation made in writing 7 or more business days* before the start date of the program will be granted a full refund minus a $20 or 20% of program cost (whichever is more) administrative fee.
- A program cancellation made less than 7 business days before the start date of the program is not eligible for a refund.
- If a program is cancelled due to low enrolment registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a full refund.
- If an individual class is cancelled MNPCSC will first attempt to schedule a make-up class, otherwise registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a refund for the individual class.
- In the case of missed classes, no refunds or credits will be given.
- Exceptions where a full/ partial refund may be given regardless of the registered program cancelation policy can include Injury or illness preventing participation in the program- a date stamped doctors note MUST be provided. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Department Manager.
*Business days refers to Monday – Friday excluding statutory holidays.
