Free for Members
Adrenaline
13+ years Adrenaline is HIIT style training at its finest. During this 45 minute session you will be taken through fun and challenging stations that will get your heart rate up and body moving. Every session is unique and taught with a different Instructor. This session runs in our Functional Training Zone. Drop-in is available. New Member Consults
12+ years New members can meet with one of our knowledgeable Fitness Consultants for a 1-on-1 meeting to get a strong start to your fitness journey! These meetings will take 30 minutes and help you get more comfortable with the fitness area, discuss potential health and fitness goals, and explore different fitness programs available to members. Members will not be meeting with a Personal Trainer or receiving a personalized exercise program. This meeting is to introduce the member to the facility, possible health and fitness goals, and offered fitness programs. Book HERE.
Safety Orientation
9+ years Strength training offers many bonuses to young athletes, teens and adults who want to enhance their fitness level. This orientation will allow children 9-12 year old to exercise in the fitness centre, with the supervision of a guardian. It will also allow teens 13-15 years old to gain access to the Fitness Centre without being accompanied by a guardian. Our team of experts will provide a safe atmosphere where everyone can learn gym etiquette, appropriate strength training techniques and how to execute movements properly.
Note: For those ages 13-15, a guardian must be there at the start of Orientation. For those ages 9-12 years, a guardian must complete the orientation with them. Book HERE.
Beginner Fitness Centre Tutorial
12+ years A short, simple tutorial of the Fitness Centre equipment within our main weight/lower fit zone areas. This includes the weights, cardio and stretching zones. In addition, any piece of cardio equipment that needs an explanation or further instruction. Specific requests can be made at the time of visit. Book HERE.

HYROX Training Program
18+ Years This is a high-intensity, station-based training program that blends strength, endurance, and functional movement. Each session challenges athletes through sled pushes, erg work, carries, and bodyweight drills designed to build total-body capacity. It’s competition-inspired training built for real-world performance — and perfect preparation for your first HYROX-style event.

Elevate HER Wellness
18+ years Elevate HER Wellness Bootcamp is an empowering, results-driven weekend program designed exclusively for women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and energized from the inside out. Through expertly coached strength training and practical sessions on nutrition, mindset, hormones, cardio, and recovery, you’ll build both physical and mental resilience. Registered Program Refund Policy
- A program cancellation made in writing 7 or more business days* before the start date of the program will be granted a full refund minus a $20 or 20% of program cost (whichever is more) administrative fee.
- A program cancellation made less than 7 business days before the start date of the program is not eligible for a refund.
- If a program is cancelled due to low enrolment registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a full refund.
- If an individual class is cancelled MNPCSC will first attempt to schedule a make-up class, otherwise registrants will have the option to have a credit applied to their account or a refund for the individual class.
- In the case of missed classes, no refunds or credits will be given.
- Exceptions where a full/ partial refund may be given regardless of the registered program cancelation policy can include Injury or illness preventing participation in the program- a date stamped doctors note MUST be provided. Other extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Department Manager.
*Business days refers to Monday – Friday excluding statutory holidays.
