MNP Community & Sport Centre Unveils LEAP: A $87.5 Million Leisure Expansion Aquatic Project 

Calgary, AB [September 4, 2024] – The MNP Community & Sport Centre is thrilled to announce the launch of the Leisure Expansion Aquatic Project (LEAP), a transformative initiative aimed at enhancing community health and connectivity. This ambitious project, representing a total investment of $87.5 million, is made possible through the generous contributions of The City of Calgary ($57.5 million), the Province of Alberta ($20 million), and Calgary’s corporate community and individual donors ($10 million*).

CUSTOMER ALERT: City of Calgary Water Main Break
Because of ongoing Stage 4 water restrictions due to the Bearspaw water main break we are asking all guests to limit water and shower usage in the facility until restrictions are lifted.

Due to flooring installation, all Yoga classes will be cancelled from Monday, January 5 to Monday, January 19, 2026.
