**When upgrading your 60 Day Pass you will receive one month free for Monthly Memberships and for Full Pay Memberships we will add on one month at the end of the Membership. There is no cash value or refund if you cancel before the free month is used. The new Annual Membership start date will begin at the time of registration. New Annual Membership applies to anyone who has not had a Membership at MNP Community & Sport Centre in the last 6 months. Upgrade must be done prior to expiry date of 60 Days of Summer Pass. One upgrade allowed per person. Non-transferable. No cash value.
