LINDSAY PARK SPORTS SOCIETY CALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE LPSS BOARD OF GOVERNORS

The Lindsay Park Sports Society (LPSS) is seeking nominations for the Board of Governors which oversees the management and operation of MNP Community & Sport Centre. We are seeking qualified individuals who are passionate about the future of MNP Community & Sport Centre, are committed to the dual mandate for both sport organizations and the public, and are looking for a rewarding volunteer role.

MNP Community & Sport Centre, as it is now known, is owned by the City of Calgary and managed  by the LPSS on behalf of Calgarians pursuant to a Lease and Operating Agreement between the City and the LPSS. The LPSS is a not-for-profit society and operates as a civic partner of the City of Calgary.

Nominees must be willing to serve on the Board for a minimum of 2 years (April 2023 – April 2025). Refer to the Governor Position Description on the website (see below) for additional details.
