Our ambassadors have a desire to lead an active lifestyle, a passion for social media, and a love of MNP Community & Sport Centre.

They are an energetic and enthusiastic group, all at different levels of fitness. We are inspired by their dedication to fitness and our facility. Our ambassadors openly share their stories and what they like to do under the tent. We invite you to follow along for inspiration and entertainment.

I am so excited to be back taking on “Forever Strong!” I’ve been coming to MNP Community & Sport Centre for over 7 years and have worked with incredible trainers and reached what I thought were unattainable milestones.

This time I’m coming back as a dad! We welcomed a baby girl earlier this summer. That combined with a pandemic, to say I’ve fallen off my routine/ schedule is an understatement. I’ll be using this opportunity to set time aside for myself. Establish a routine. Take care of my mental and physical health and at the same time I hope to redefine what it means to have a “Dad bod!”

I can't wait to get started with Ash! This will be our 3rd time working together in a challenge like this and I’m excited to see what he has in store for us!

Thomas Smans

My name is Thomas Smans, I'm 17 and I am a junior triathlete training at MNP Community & Sport Centre.

I completed my first triathlon on my 14th birthday and I have been hooked ever since. I love training hard every day and I always want to go to bed better than I woke up. My goal is to compete at the highest level of the sport, racing against athletes that are now my idols.

The past year that I have trained with the great 3433 coaches at Repsol Sport Centre I have seen some big improvements and I'm looking forward to continue working with them towards my goal.

I have a built a career around eating and eating...and eating. It's important to me to balance my love of all things food and drink out by keeping my physical activity levels high and what better way to do that than through the Forever Strong Challenge at MNP Community & Sport Centre?
